The LAA makes every attempt to accommodate participants' changes in plans that affect event registration. Most LAA events offer a generous full refund process, followed by last-minute cancelation fees to cover any non-refundable event costs. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund registration fees due to complications with travel plans, so we highly encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover these kinds of events. Find event-specific guidelines listed on the registration site for each workshop or conference.
