Applications are now open for the NSF-funded STEM Education Research REU at Rochester Institute of Technology! Ten students will participate in a 10-week research program at RIT. Working with multidisciplinary faculty mentors, students will conduct qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods education research related to:
- Artificial intelligence
- Biotechnology
- Quantum information science and engineering
- STEM educator preparation

We welcome students from a wide range of STEM backgrounds and particularly encourage applications from students at institutions with limited undergraduate research opportunities. This opportunity may be especially appealing to current or former Learning Assistants, peer educators, tutors, and students interested in using research to better understand and improve STEM teaching and learning.
