We are excited to invite applications for a Senior Program Coordinator to join our Learning Centers team! This role contributes to our mission of advancing student success by supporting and strengthening embedded academic support initiatives integrated into course curricula. The Senior Program Coordinator collaborates closely within the program and across the department to lead peer‑driven academic support efforts at scale.  Among the key responsibilities is co-leading the recruitment, hiring, onboard, training, supporting, and mentoring for 300-500 peer leaders and Learning Assistants annually.

The Student Engagement Specialist contributes to high-impact learning experiences across the university by supporting student-facing instructional development and academic engagement initiatives. They will assist with training, mentorship, instructional observations, and ongoing program evaluation and improvement for programs supporting undergraduate and graduate students. They will mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to student employees in embedded support roles - LAs and others.
