ILAC 2025 Hotels and Transportation

Five hotels have agreed to provide a group rate for conference participants for the dates of November 5 or 6 to November 9 (conference dates are Nov. 7-9).  See below for specific information for each hotel.  The cut-off date for all hotel room blocks to be released is October 6, 2025.
Please note that the hotels are grouped in two areas.  All hotels are between 1 and 1.2 miles from the conference location.

  • Bus transportation information:
  • Between the first group of hotels (Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites, Residence Inn) and the conference site (Kittredge Central):
    • The HOP (CW) is the easiest bus option.  Approximately 7 minute bus ride plus 10 minute walk. 
    • Link to Google map for walking route leaving Embassy Suites and arriving at Kittredige Central (28 mins). 
  • Between the second group of hotels (Moxy Boulder, Limelight Boulder) and the conference site (Kittredge Central):
    • The SKIP, DASH, or 204 are the easiest bus options.  Approximately 3 minute bus ride plus 8 minute walk. 
    • Link to Google map for walking route leaving Moxy Boulder and arriving at Kittredige Central (22 mins).
